		<description>Have you looked at UTOPIA? This kind of cross-tool integration is the kind of thing they&#039;re focusing on, along with an emphasis on visualization.

At the moment though, the main capabilities are sequence retrieval, alignment, and structure viewing, so it&#039;ll be a while before they can replace all the separate tools you list. Very nice looking though.
