This is one of the most useful approaches to a CV I've seen in a long time. It instantly gives me a picture of your skills. It shows me you're thinking about the future. I make connections among the topics myself, which leads to many things I can think of asking you in a potential interview.

Most importantly, it shows me that you can effectively communicate complex ideas. There are plenty of smart technicians out there, but few good communicators.

I have just one minor suggestion - make the y-axis label larger and horizontally oriented. Maybe add a year or two. I've seen so many tag clouds in which the y-axis has no meaning that I didn't realize at first that yours was different. It's the feature I like the best.
